Penalties

Penalties. An Applicant which fails to meet repayment obligations shall cause all or part of its sales tax allocation and/or homestead exemption reimbursement to be withheld and may be subject to other penalties as set forth in Miss. Code Ann., Section 57-1-303(4) (Rev. 2014). The Applicant will also be ineligible for additional financial assistance from the agency until the loan balance is current.
