Auditing and Monitoring. Funds provided under the Mississippi Development Infrastructure Program are subject to audit by the Mississippi State Auditor's office. Additionally, MDA will also monitor all projects to ensure compliance with the original application submitted. During the life of the project or at project completion, a CSD program manager will contact the grant recipient to determine a date for the monitoring visit.
