Designation of a Sponsor

Designation of a Sponsor. The program must have an official sponsoring organization with a retirement program director who will be accountable to the community and to the state. Examples of sponsoring organizations are chambers of commerce, economic development authorities, tourism development organizations and cities. The sponsor must be an official entity in order to be eligible for state funding.
