Transfer of Funds

Transfer of Funds. The State reserves the right to transfer any unobligated funds into any category to help meet the timely distribution requirement. If HUD makes a special allocation to the State, the State reserves the right to fund any current application from the special allocation. Should the State’s HUD allocation be adjusted, the State will adjust program categories.
