Project Completion Time

Project Completion Time. Grants approved for projects not completed within twenty- four (24) months that show evidence of progress as determined by MDA’s Financial Resources Division will be considered for funding. Grants approved for projects not completed within twenty-four (24) months and demonstrating no tangible progress may be deobligated; these sites can be submitted for funding consideration in the future. MDA reserves the right to negotiate the scope and budget as part of the application review, the results of which may impact the level of funding participation, if any. Incomplete applications will be returned.
