Ready Site Grant Program Process and Selection Criteria. This program will support sites that are attempting to meet minimum criteria required for Ready Sites. A. MDA will provide grants to Local Partners on a reimbursable basis so they may perform due diligence/site development improvements to meet the minimum requirements. Funding will be available only upon project completion and after a final report is submitted, accepted, and approved by MDA.
