Closures of Non-State Plan Programs

Closures of Non-State Plan Programs. Local educational agencies shall be given written notice of closure for Special programs at least thirty (30) days prior to closure. Employment and training funds and programs are planned annually. Programs are funded based on documented need and availability of funds.
