PUBLIC DISCLOSURE
Each Institutional Executive Officer shall ensure that the public is notified that a
portion of student tuition and fee charges is used for scholarships, tuition waivers,
and other operating costs and that the notification is clearly and prominently
displayed in official publications such as the catalog and/or application for
admission.
