Advanced Treatment Systems. 1. ATS units must be inspected by a Certified Installer who is also an authorized representative of the Certified Manufacturer of the existing system being inspected. 2. Proof of a continuous maintenance agreement must be submitted to the Division. 3. Certified Installers may perform general maintenance in order to bring a system into compliance. Acceptable general maintenance acts include, at least, spray head replacement, aerator or pump replacement, or replacement of chlorine tablets.
