Failed Inspection

Failed Inspection. For any IOWDS which has evidence of treated effluent leaving the property, or partially treated effluent seeping to the surface, the Applicant shall be issued a letter stating the violation with options for repair. If replacement is required, a Permit/Recommendation will be issued.
