Regionalization. EMSOF may be used to pay dues to an EMS district formed and
recognized pursuant to §41-59-53 through §41-59-59, for regional medical
control, training, or improvements in Bureau of Emergency Medical Services.
Based on support of the licensed ambulance service, EMSOF may also be used
for governmental support of trauma care systems.
