Plumbing and Plumbing Fixtures. The plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall be installed in compliance with good plumbing practices, maintained in good repair and kept clean. Hand-washing facilities, provided with soap and individual towels, shall be provided in each toilet room. Wastes from public toilets shall be disposed of in compliance with the Regulation Governing Disposal of Human Excreta and Other Liquid Wastes.
