Festival Site

Festival Site. The festival site shall be well drained and not immediately adjacent to any marshy area. No festival shall be held on a site located on the watershed of a domestic or public water supply so as to create a pollution hazard. The site shall provide adequate space commensurate with the purpose and number of people attending.
