Toilet Facilities. There shall be provided at each rock festival adequate and conveniently located toilet facilities. Toilet rooms and toilet room fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. Toilet tissue shall be provided in all toilet rooms at all times. Separate toilet facilities shall be provided for each sex.
