Supervision of Asbestos Projects. At least one (1) certified supervisor is required to be present at an asbestos project at all times while abatement activities are in progress. In addition, certified workers must have access to a certified supervisor throughout the duration of the asbestos project. The contractor(s) and supervisor(s) for an asbestos project shall maintain the certificates for all contractors, supervisors, and workers who are employed in connection with the asbestos project at the physical asbestos project site. The contractor(s) and/or supervisor(s) shall make available all such certificates to the Commission during an inspection of an asbestos project site.
