Scope of Declaratory Opinions

Scope of Declaratory Opinions. The commission will issue declaratory opinions
regarding the applicability to specified facts of:
A.
a statute administered or enforceable by the commission,
B.
a rule promulgated by the commission, or an order issued by the commission.
