Closing of a PPEC Center. Whenever a PPEC center voluntarily discontinues operation, it shall, at least thirty days before the discontinuance of operation, inform each child’s legal guardian of the fact and the proposed time of the discontinuance. The licensing agency shall also be notified of the same such fact, at least thirty days prior to the date of discontinuance of operation.
