Penalties

Penalties. Any person violating any provision of the Mississippi Solid Waste Disposal Law, as amended, and any rule or regulation made pursuant hereto or violating any order or permit condition issued by the Department shall be punished in accordance with Section 17-17-29 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended.
