Annual Reporting for Transporters of Hazardous Waste

Annual Reporting for Transporters of Hazardous Waste.
Each transporter of hazardous waste shall report annually by March 1 of each calendar year to
the Department, on forms provided by the Department, the transporter's location, mailing
address, and contact person.
