Annual Reporting for Owners and Operators of Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage
and Disposal Facilities.
The owner or operator of any facility for the treatment, storage, recycling, or disposal of
hazardous waste shall report by March 1 of each calendar year to the Department, on forms
provided by the Department, the types and amounts of hazardous waste treated, stored, recycled,
and/or disposed during the preceding calendar year. Rule 1.8 supersedes 40 CFR 264.75.
