Annual Update of Disclosure Statement

Annual Update of Disclosure Statement. Following issuance, reissuance or transfer of a permit within the scope of these Regulations, the person to whom the permit was issued shall file an updated disclosure statement annually on the anniversary of the permit issuance date as stated on the permit. If there has been no such changes since the most recent disclosure statement filing or updating, the filing of an additional disclosure statement will not be required if said person, no later than the anniversary of the permit issuance date, indicates by means of a letter to the Head of the Office of Pollution Control that no such changes have occurred.
