Additional Information. The Permit Board, the Staff or both may require the applicant to submit additional information in the disclosure statement beyond what is specifically required by these Regulations. For purposes of these disclosure regulations, such additional information is limited to items which are specifically requested, and individuals as well as business concerns which are disclosed pursuant to this provision are not subject to any of the earlier disclosure provisions unless expressly indicated in the request by the Permit Board and/or the Staff. Therefore, a business concern revealed pursuant to this provision would not be a "disclosed business concern" as referred to earlier in these regulations. S
