Denial of IRAC Applications
A.
The Commission may deny an IRAC application if the Commission has reason to believe
that the applicant cannot satisfy the requirements of Rule 1.6 of these regulations or the
performance standards in Rule 1.7 of these regulations.
B.
Causes which may result in denial of an IRAC application include any of those listed in
