Inspection of Public Records

Inspection of Public Records Requests for public documents generated or obtained by the Department under these Regulations or the Act shall be made pursuant to Title 11, Part 1, Chapter 2. Public records requests are managed by the Department’s Freedom of Information Administrator. As of the date of approval of these Regulations, the Department’s Freedom of Information Administrator may be contacted at Post Office Box 2261, Jackson, Mississippi 39225, by fax at (601) 354-6356, or by e-mail at freedomofinformationcontact@deq.state.ms.us.
