BEAM Fund Capital Projects Fund (“CPF”) Grant Program. The United States Department of Treasury (“Treasury”) allocated to the State of Mississippi $162,609,351.00 from the Coronavirus Capital Projects Fund established by Section 604 of the Social Security Act, as added by Section 9901 of the American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) of 2021, and has authorized BEAM to oversee the awarding of grants from these funds to eligible subrecipients for broadband projects.
