Selection Process. The UA shall appoint a committee of three [3] or more to evaluate and identify the short-list or the best and final proposal. The evaluation must be based on qualifications. To be considered, the letter of interest must be both responsive and responsible. A. A responsive letter of interest meets the submission requirements stated in the RFQ and a responsible letter of interest is one in which the interested Professional meets the minimum qualifications stated in the RFQ. B. If a short-list is used, it should contain at least three [3] Professionals unless fewer than three [3] responsive and responsible letters of interest are received in response to the RFQ. 1. An RFQ for architectural services may not request price or fee information. Board of Architecture Rule 3.2.10 2.
