Certificate of Responsibility. A. All bids submitted for public or private projects where the bid exceeds $50,000, including quotes submitted under Rule 3.3, shall list the Contractor’s current COR number on the exterior of the envelope containing the bid/quote. If the bid/quote does not exceed $50,000, the exterior of the envelope shall reflect a statement that the enclosed bid/quote does not exceed $50,000. When a construction bid/quote is submitted electronically, compliance with exterior bid/quote envelope requirements is accomplished where inclusion of that same information is set forth in an electronic bid submittal attachment.
