Administrative Appeals:

Administrative Appeals: 1. Any person aggrieved by a decision regarding the initial application for licensure or the renewal of licensure shall have the right of a second review by the Department or its designee. 2. Any person aggrieved by a decision rendered after the second review shall have the right of administrative appeal and a public hearing to be conducted in accordance with the policies of the Department of Health.
