Legal Authority: The State Board of Health established and empowered by Section 41-3-1 et seq.,
Mississippi Code of 1972, shall discharge as additional duties and responsibilities the provisions of
this chapter in the examination, licensing and regulation of persons who sell and fit hearing aids and
who test hearing while engaged in the selling and fitting of hearing aids.
