15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 9.2.1

Council Structure and Purpose: The Council shall consist of nine (9) members as set forth in the enabling statute, for the terms indicated therein, and shall serve under the jurisdiction of the State Board of Health. The purpose of the Council is to serve in an advisory capacity to the Board in matters relating to the administration and interpretation of the enabling statute.
