ARPA RWAIG Uses.
The ARPA RWAIG funds may be used for the following purposes:
1.
To make grants for eligible infrastructure improvements on the
conditions that the recipient of a grant shall establish a plan for
asset management;
2.
For the reasonable costs of administering the ARPA RWAIG program and
conducting activities under this Act, subject to any limitations established
in the state or federal law; and,
3.
For other uses as allowed under the ARPA
