Construction Deficiencies

Construction Deficiencies. Nonconformity with Plans and Specifications. In the event that it appears to the Department that the Grant recipient and registered licensed engineer are not assuring that the construction work, materials, equipment or supplies are in conformity with approved plans and specifications the Department may determine such work unallowable for ARPA RWAI Grant participation, unless the Grant recipient takes such action, through the registered licensed engineer if applicable, in the manner provided for in the construction contract to correct any deficiencies.
