Payment Request Submissions

Payment Request Submissions
Payment requests shall be submitted by the Grant recipient to the Department and shall include the
following:
1.
ARPA RWAIG Fund payment request form with original signature;
2.
Cumulative invoices for all allowable costs for which payment is
requested; and
3.
Any other documents required by the Grant agreement.
