National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and Siting Criteria Regulations The following requirements apply to those drinking water treatment facilities that have or will construct wastewater treatment facilities necessary to treat waste generated by their drinking water treatment facilities. The Grant recipient shall ensure that all current applicable regulations of the Commission on Environmental Quality and the Environmental Quality Permit Board are complied with during the planning, design, and construction of any wastewater treatment facilities associated with this ARPA RWAIG project.
