Cancer 1. Class 4 case report required. 2. Diseases and conditions in this category shall be reported within six months of the first date of contact for the reportable condition to the Mississippi Cancer Registry. The National Program of Cancer Registries at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention requires the reporting of certain diseases and conditions.
