Authority of authorized field representatives: Field representatives, authorized by the State Registrar, shall enforce, within the geographical areas assigned, the provisions of the laws and regulations under the supervision of the State Registrar. They shall make an immediate report to the State Registrar of any violations coming to their notice by observation or upon complaint of any person, or otherwise.
