Institution reports

Institution reports On the first day of each month, each institution which accepts patients for delivery shall prepare a list of all spontaneous fetal deaths occurring in that institution during the preceding month. This list shall be on the form prescribed and furnished by the State Department of Health and shall be submitted to the State Registrar. If there were no spontaneous fetal deaths, a report shall be submitted showing that there were none.
