Authority

Authority. The Mississippi State Department of Health adopts this Certificate of Need Review Manual pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. §§ 41-3-15 and 41-7-171 through 41-7-209, as amended, and all other applicable provisions of law. Nothing in this Manual shall be construed to expand, limit, modify, or alter the jurisdiction of the Department, the scope of certificate of need review established by statute, or rights of judicial review established by law.
