Eligibility for a Charitable Bingo License. A license to conduct charitable bingo shall
only be issued to a charitable organization meeting the qualifications set forth in Mississippi
Code Ann. 97-33-53(b) and that has a history of documented charitable activity within the three
(3) year period immediately preceding its application, unless waived by the Commission for
good cause shown. Such waiver shall be issued at a regular Commission meeting prior to the
Commission meeting in which the application for bingo is considered. A charitable organization
as defined in Mississippi Code Ann. 97-33-53(b) (1972), may only obtain one license from the
Commission to conduct charitable gaming and may only conduct such authorized games at one
location.
