Change of Ownership Processing Fee. A fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) shall accompany each Notice of Intent to Change Ownership and is payable to the Department by check, draft, or money order. No Notice of Intent to Change Ownership shall be processed until the required fee is received.
