Small Community Hospital Pilot Program — Referral to Chapter 9.
Requests for exemptions under the Small Community Hospital Pilot Program
established by H.B. 1622, 2026 Regular Session, as amended by S.B. 2474, 2026
Regular Session, shall be submitted and processed in accordance with Chapter 9
of this Manual. Such requests shall not be processed under the standard
Certificate of Need application procedures of this Chapter.
