Withdrawal of Applications. An Applicant may request withdrawal of an application at any time before issuance of a final decision. The Department may establish procedures governing Page 20 — Mississippi State Department of Health withdrawal requests. Unless otherwise required by law, withdrawal terminates review of the application.
