Final Administrative Decision

Final Administrative Decision. The State Health Officer shall issue a written final decision after reviewing the administrative record. The decision may affirm, reverse, modify, remand, dismiss, or otherwise dispose of the matter. The State Health Officer’s decision shall be published on the Department’s website and followed by written notice to the Applicant.
