Notice of Hearing

Notice of Hearing. Notification of the time, date, and place of the hearing shall be given to all affected parties and the public no later than fifteen (15) calendar days before the hearing. Notice shall identify the date, time, and location of the hearing; the nature of the proceeding; and the matters to be considered. The general public shall be notified through the Department's website.
