Cooperation with Governmental Entities. The Department may communicate and coordinate with federal agencies, state agencies, local governmental entities, licensing authorities, Medicaid authorities, accreditation organizations, and other governmental or regulatory entities concerning matters relevant to administration of the Certificate of Need Program.
