Statutory Authority

Statutory Authority. The Small Community Hospital Pilot Program is established by Section 1 of H.B. 1622, 2026 Regular Session, as amended by Section 8 of S.B. 2474, 2026 Regular Session. The scope, eligibility requirements, exemption types, allocation limitations, and non-transferability provisions are governed by those enactments as amended from time to time. Nothing in this chapter modifies the terms of the governing statutes. To the extent any provision of this chapter conflicts with the governing statutes, the statutes control.
