Executive Director

Executive Director. The Commission shall hire an Executive Director who shall be responsible for the processing of routine operations and shall accept service of process as the Board's designated registered agent. The duties of the Executive Director shall be as determined by the Board. The Executive Director shall employ other officers, experts and employees as may be needed and shall fix their compensation within the amounts made available for such purposes. Employment of staff members is subject to the approval of the Commission. As an executive officer, the Executive Director shall serve at the pleasure of the Board.
