Permit Stamp, Machine Location. (a) A permit stamp for a machine is only valid for the premises identified on the approved permit application. (b) A permit stamp is further restricted to the particular machine approved by the Commission and identified on the permit application. (c) A permit stamp is not the personal property of the bingo location and may be removed by the Commission at any time. (d) No machine shall be moved from the bingo location specified in the permit application for use at another location until a new application is approved and the transfer is authorized in writing by the Commission. (e) No machine shall be moved from the bingo location specified in the permit application without prior authorization from the Commission.
