General.
A. An individual enrolled at least half-time in an institution of higher education shall be
ineligible to participate in SNAP unless the individual meets one of the student exemptions
in Rule 10.4 Eligible Student Exemptions.
B. The school defines the number of credit hours to qualify a student as at least half-time.
