Eligibility Standards. A. The gross income eligibility standard is 130 percent of the annual Federal income poverty level. B. The net income eligibility standard is 100 percent of the annual Federal income poverty level. C. The income eligibility limits are adjusted each October 1st to reflect the current Federal income poverty level and are posted on the FNS web site.
